BLS HCP Online Part 1 offers a flexible CPR training option for healthcare professionals. This program recognizes that healthcare professionals enter the course with knowledge and skills acquired from prior CPR training and years of patient care.

How it works:

Part 1. Students complete the online, cognitive portion of the course, either at the workplace or anywhere with Internet access. When students finish the online portion, a certificate of completion will be available for them to print. The certificate is required to complete Part 2 at an authorized American Heart Association Training Center.

Part 2. Students complete the skills validation test with an American Heart Association Instructor.

Upon successful completion of both parts, students will be issued an American Heart Association BLS – Healthcare Provider Course Completion Card.

The fee for this course is $60, this includes both parts.  When you call to register for the eLearning, BLS course, we will provide a site key that you may enter at the AHA website, at this time we will also set the skills testing date with you.  Part 2 will take about 45 minutes to complete.
