Cancellation Policy:
|
|
CME Associates reserves
the right to cancel the course within five days of the first
class session due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds will
be given to pre-registrants.
Participants may
cancel up to 24 hours prior to commencement. Individuals
canceling prior to 24 hours of course commencement qualify for
either a 90% refund (books,
late fee not applicable) within 3
weeks or ONE course transfer within 60 days. NO refunds will
be given to transferees. Once the course begins, no refunds
will be given. Individuals not attending the complete program
(for whatever cause) without prior notification to CME
Associate's office cannot be given special consideration.
The American Heart Association will allow
participants who successfully pass all but one component of the
testing stations to retest the failed component within a 30 day
period of time. Participants who do not pass two or more of the
evaluation stations do not successfully complete the course, and
may repeat the course on designated days within a 30-day period
of time. Upon completion of the retesting, a completion card and
appropriate continuing education credit will be awarded. It is
the policy of CME Associates to allow one course retest at NO
CHARGE. Individuals who do not successfully pass a retesting
process will be required to pay a registration fee if another
future course is desired.
